    This is a great way to sample various cuts before purchasing a whole or half hog. We can mix up the quantities to suit your taste!

    Katahdin Lamb:
    Whole Lamb: Lambs are usually between 65 – 80 lbs. each Live Weight with loss of 56% on average at butchers. Butcher charges $100.00.00: total fee includes kill fee & processing to custom cuts, frozen & vacuum sealed & USDA approved stamp
    Our price to you per lb. fluctuates. Please call for current prices.

    •Sausage (including: Bratwurst, Kielbasa, Chorizo, Sweet and Hot Italian) is available at an additional cost per lb.
    Bacon is .85 per lb. extra. Cured Ham is .85 per lb. additional. Link Sausage is an additional cost per lb. Please ask for the current prices from the butcher on these items. Packaged Bulk Breakfast Sausage has no additional charges. Customer can choose 1lb., 2lb. 3lb. packaging or more.

    *Our Local USDA Butcher’s processing fees are currently .75 per lb. The “kill fee” is $75 per animal. Kill fee is based on what percentage of animal you order. (i.e. If you order 1/4 beef, your portion of the kill fee is only $19.00.)  Includes vacuum wrapping.  Prices quoted for “kill fees” and processing are subject to change by butcher.
